Returns must be delivered to us within 10 calendar days after initial order delivery.
Holiday returns received after the holiday will be issued store credit for the return. Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all the tags and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items, monogrammed items, and bows may not be returned.
Orders placed for multiple items will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
To make an exchange or return:
Contact customer service at 334-699-6824 to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please have your order number, list of items you wish to return, and reason for return.
Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers expire after one week.
Use a carrier with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our returns department:
