Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 30 day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full priced) items in their original unworn, unwashed condition, with tags intact.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS ATTACHED WILL BE REFUSED.
Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 days.
Holiday Theme Items: All returns of Holiday Themed Items must be here by holiday date. We will NOT accept returns of Holiday Themed Items after the holiday date.
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for an embroidered item to be shipped.
SALE Return Policy: SALE items discounted off the regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded or returned for store credit. A SALE is considered any item that has been discounted off the regular price, and any item purchased with a promotional code discount.
We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:
Call us at 334.699.6824 to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please have your order number, list of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers expire after one week.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info., etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
Embroidered items cannot be returned.
