All returns must arrive at That Store within 30 days after the initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 days. Returns are accepted on full prices items that are in their original condition (tags intact, in their original packaging, & not washed or worn).
All socks, tights, bows, and SALE Section items cannot be returned. They are final sale.
Returns received after 30 days and returns received in damaged or used condition will not be refunded.
All returns of holiday themed items must be here by the holiday date. We will NOT accept returns of holiday themed items after the holiday date.
Unworn shoes must be returned in their original box. The shoe box cannot be returned with any writing, stickers or paper on it.
The shoe box must be placed INTO a shipping box.
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for embroidered items to be shipped.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from the returned credit if the order was originally shipped with free shipping.
To exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order for the size that's needed at www.shopthatstore.com.
Then, return the originally purchased item for credit following the instructions below:
To Make A Return:
1. On your original sales receipt, circle the item you wish to return.
2. Enclose the original sales receipt in your box.
3. Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box. (order number: the last four digits of the yhst number at the top of the sales receipt)
4. Promptly ship using USPS or UPS with tracking & insurance to our Returns Department:
