Return Policy



Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing an item for your child at That Store! We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if not, we do offer a 30 day exchange or return for any regularly-priced item on the following conditions: the item must be in its original condition (unwashed & unworn), the item must have the tags intact, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Returns: Returns must arrive at That Store within 30 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 days.

Holiday Theme Items: All returns of holiday themed items must be here by the holiday date. We will NOT accept returns of holiday themed items after the holiday date.

Embroidered items: are final sale and cannot be returned. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for embroidered items to be shipped.

SALE Return Policy: SALE items discounted off the regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded or returned for store credit. A SALE is considered any item that has been discounted off the regular price and any item purchased with a promotional code discount.

Condition: We will not accept returns on any items that have been washed or worn.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from the returned credit if the order was originally shipped with free shipping.

Price adjustments: Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on the return to any refused shipments.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:

Please contact our Returns Department at 334.699.6824 to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please have your order number, a list of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers expire after 7 days.

Please write your order number on the outside of your shipping box along with your RA number.

Shoes must be returned in their original condition, without any markings, and in their original shoe box. The shoe box must also be in its original condition and be placed in a shipping box.

Embroidered items cannot be returned.

Please ship promptly to our Returns Department using either USPS or UPS. To safeguard the items, include insurance and tracking.
