Returns & Exchanges
All returns must arrive at That Store within 30 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 days. Returns are accepted on full price items that are in their original condition (tags, in their original packaging, & not washed or worn)
All socks, bows, and SALE SECTION items cannot be returned. They are final sale.
All items bought with a discount code can be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit.
Returns received after 30 days and returns received in damaged or used condition will not be refunded.
All returns of holiday themed items must be here by the holiday date. We will NOT accept returns of holiday themed items after the holiday date.
Unworn shoes must be returned in their original box. The shoe box cannot be returned with any writing, stickers, or paper on it, The shoe box must be placed into a shipping box.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from the returned credit if the order was originally shipped with free shipping.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
*On your original sales receipt, circle the item you wish to return.
*Enclose the original sales receipt in your box.
*Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box. (Order Number is the last 5 digits of the yhst number at the top of the sales receipt.
*Promptly ship using USPS with tracking & insurance to our Returns Department.
