Ishtex Ice Cream Dress. A darling summer dress for your toddler and little girls! This dress features a cute ice cream sundae applique. The dress fabric is a blue and white stripe. The dress has angel wing sleeves that is trimmed with a scallop edge. 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
