Three Sister Flower Festival Dress. A darling smocked dress for Easter and all throughout summer! This dress features geometric smocked in blue with precious pink flowers. We adore the floral fabric! Pink grosgrain ribbons are cute on the sides of the dress. The dress has angel wing sleeves. 100% cotton.
