We ship via USPS or UPS. Most orders with Standard service ship via United States Postal Service by either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-8 business days. If you need your order to arrive earlier, please select the Expedited or Express shipping option at checkout. It may take up to 72 hours for us to prepare your shipment. Expedited & Express shipping delivery times apply once your order has left our warehouse.
Once items have been fulfilled & shipped by That Store, it is the responsibility of USPS or UPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is missing or not tracking, we are happy to assist you in locating your order. But, we suggest contacting your local post office first. Once the order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, they are responsible for missing, lost, or damaged items.
