Return Policy
- Time Frame: Returns must arrive within 30 days of order placement (all sales final after that).
- Eligible Items: Full-priced items only, in original condition (tags attached, unworn/unwashed, original packaging) Exclusions: Socks, bows, and accessories. and all SALE items are final sale (non-returnable/non-refundable).
- Shoes Specifics: Unworn shoes must return in original box with no damage/writing/stickers. (Place shoe box inside shipping box).
- Discounted items (with codes): can be exchanged for size or returned for store credit only.
- Shipping/Refunds: Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (deducted from refund/credit if order qualified for free shipping over $125)
- Exchanges: Place a new order for the desired size/item, then return the original for credit.
Return Process (step-by-step):
- Circle the item on the original sales receipt.
- Enclose the receipt in the return package.
- Write the order number (last four digits of YHST number on receipt) on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship via USPS or UPS with tracking and insurance to: That Store Returns Dept., Order #________, 611 County Road 57 South, Abbeville, AL 36310.

January 31- Valentine's Day
March 24- Easter
June 21- Patriotic, July 4th
October 15- Pumpkin Patch
November 1- Thanksgiving
December 16- Christmas
