Transit time starts after shipment.

During peak seasons (Easter, Christmas, Back-to-School) and high volume sale periods, orders can take up to 5 days to leave That Store's warehouse. (Although most leave in 1 to 3 days)
Once items have been fulfilled & shipped by That Store, it is the responsibility of USPS or UPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is missing or not tracking, we are happy to assist you in locating your order. But, we suggest contacting your local post office first. Once the order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, they are responsible for missing, lost, or damaged items.
